Daily Rates
Daily rates are pro-rated based on the weekly rates (see below)
Example: The daily rate in low season for 2 people ($1500/wk)
would be $1500/7 = $214.29/day
A six-day stay would be $214.29 x 6 = $1,285.74
High season is mid-December to mid-April.
Low season is Mid-April to mid-December.
Weekly Rates
1-2 guests: High Season $2450/wk, Low Season $1500/wk
3-4 guests: High Season $2650/wk, Low Season $1800/wk
5-6 guests: High Season $3000/wk, Low Season $2000/wk
3-4 guests: High Season $2650/wk, Low Season $1800/wk
5-6 guests: High Season $3000/wk, Low Season $2000/wk
We are offering a minimum five-day stay at Edgewater
If your stay occurs during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years or Easter,
the rate is based on a party of six.
Fees: VI Hotel Tax Rate: 8.0%
There is a fully refundable $500.00 damage deposit
